  • Binding Agreement

    By paying a 25% deposit of the total due for your stay you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Please note the deposit is non refundable.

    We advise you to get UK holiday cover for any issues that may affect you like cancellation etc.

    Admission

    At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

    Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

    Arrivals and departures

    No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

    Changes to your holiday

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure your dates.

    Final payment is due 14 days before your arrival.

    Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

    Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

    Dogs

    Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

    The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier,

    Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull

    terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

    General

    In the event of a complaint, please speak to us immediately (Marc - 24hrs - 07891034195). Complaints

    which are not brought to the our attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

    Quiet hours must be respected between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m..

    Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

    The river is stocked with Trout.

    The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour

    is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

    The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

    This site does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

    You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

    Hired accommodation

    Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £25.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

    Safety

    Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

    Firearms are not permitted.

    Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

    Please do not touch or feed the animals.

    Vehicles

    No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area as you come through the gate off the road.

    Visitors

    Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site due to lack of parking space. Please keep visitors numbers to a

    minimum unless discussed with us beforehand.

    Commercial Filming and Photography

    Access to, and use of, footage and photos (all or some selection) shot by Producer on Location in any and all media in connection with marketing, promoting and publicising the Location and otherwise.

    Credit for the Location on all versions of the Programme, as well as on any website Producer may create in connection with the Programme.  Location name shall be credited as “Cuddfan Camp Site”.

    Reimbursement for damages on standard Location Release terms

    No libel, defamation nor derogatory depictions or statements about the Location shall be included in the Programme.

    Synopsis of the Programme – No less than five (5) days prior to Producer’s shoot and prior to signature of the Location Release, Producer shall provide to the Location’s Owner a sufficiently detailed synopsis of the scenes intended to be filmed at the Location (including a description of any obscene, sexually explicit, political or religious activities).  Owner shall have the right to terminate the Location Release and all rights granted therein if the actual filming deviates materially from the synopsis provided to Owner by Producer.

    Rights are granted to Producer for incorporation into this specific programme ONLY (and its advertisement/promotion) – but Producer shall have NO RIGHTS TO LICENSE THE FOOTAGE FROM the LOCATION TO OTHER parties or for use in other programmes (i.e. no archive/library/clip rights).

    Producer to pay an additional commercial fee for the use of the property as a filming Location (£250.00 - Two hundred and fifty pounds sterling - per night) as well as the current nightly rental amount.

    The owner holds no responsibility for loss or damage of the third party commercial equipment used whilst on site, nor of the Producer’s employees, crew or otherwise.  Producer is required to obtain their own insurance to cover Equipment, Public and Employers liability and damage to any and all of the site. The owners insurance will only apply to non-commercial guests/holiday makers.

    Following the premiere release or broadcast of the Programme, the right to reference and include the Producer’s name and logo, as well as the Programme’s title, in connection with the marketing, promotion and otherwise of the Location, provided always such use does not state or imply an endorsement of the Location.
